Awakening Bell™ by Woodstock Chimes
The Awakening Bell was developed with renowned personalities such as jazz musician Jack DeJohnette, sound therapist Dr. John Beaulieu, and Woodstock Chimes founder and musician Garry Kvistad.
When this bell is rung, its long overtones naturally put the listener into a Theta state, a relaxed state characterized by deep calm. The bell’s tone resonates with an area of the brain that helps control stress. This resonance causes a feeling of lightness and well-being.
The Awakening Bell can be played in two ways. You can tap it and listen to the overtones or rub it in a Tibetan Singing Bowl style and make it sing. The bell comes with an instruction booklet that includes background information on the bell and explains how to play it using both styles.
